how to use countrows?

Good day everyone,

I am new to Powerbi and hope to get some help here. I did some search on the topics, but couldnt find similar ones.

Background: my company has given staff with voucher for use in a store
End result: To have a chart to show the percentage who had made a purchase using the voucher.
