how to set color code, which is rating low

 I have requirment that, data is coming from excel dymanically and i want to indicate the color code as red, which is less than or equal to 3.5 rating. How could i achive this functionality?

@lalithakiran Select any of the bar charts in the first row (any one that has the "Color Saturation" in the Fields list.

Drop your y-axis in that field. Then go to the paintbrush (format), Select "Data Colors" and you can select the colors you want, and set the minumum to change the colors as you want.. You also have options to set center or max levels if you so choose.
