how to preserve an aggregated value and save that in a column permanently

[# of days test] is a measure, basically I want to store the aggregated value of that measure permamently in each row so I can reuse it when i aggregate the data a different way

As [# of days test] is a measure, if you want to calculate the values of this measure, would you please share some sample data and the DAX of [# of days test] for our analysis? And you mentioned "20 instead" in second image, do you mean each row is value 20?
