how to make x-axis solid line

I have a general problem with charts in Power BI that involve an x axis.  Like the horizontal gridlines, the x axis line is always dotted.  Is there a way to make the x axis line solid?  I've always used the "hack" of creating a "zero" measure and calling it the x axis, but the measure name shows up in legends, which I don't want.
