how to make such visuals in matrix?

can anyone share some samples or some related work contains such kind of symbols and visuals in the picture that I can refer to? Thank you.

To make something similar you need to use some coding, like svga.

Take a look at the Kerry Kolosko templates 

https://kerrykolosko.com/portfolio-category/svg-templates/

and just google svga graphs for more
