how to give admin access to others in our personal workspace

Hi PBI users,

I have uploaded a file in my workspace and gave access to others to view the file but one another wants to have edit level or admin level access to download the file in my workspace how do I do that ?

I am very certain you cannot assign the admin role to your own workspace to someone else. For this matter, I suggest to create a shared workspace instead.

Hi @Anonymous,

You can not assign Admin role to other people in your personal workspace. It has to be a shared workspace and all the users need to have atleast a Power BI Pro license.
