how to get total from pivot data

Hi PowerBI Expertise,

I'm having difficulty calculating the total result from the following raw data.
I want to display the "Total result" achieved and not achieved based on data that has been pivoted from existing raw data"

I hope to get a solution from this forum.Capture1.JPG

Thank You

Hi, @Shetta_17

Can you tell us what logic John and Christ followed to judge it as this result?

Best Regards

Hi @v-zhangti the logic is that want to get an average score based on name (which can later be filtered by week, month, etc.). I want to get the total of those who achieved and "not achieve" based on their names based on the average score obtained by the named unit, not based on each ticket/score unit.
