how to get a better scatter chart

hello,

i want to create a scatter chart that shorts the ''oplostijd in uren'' for each row, categorised by prioriteit.

in my dataset i have tickets with a register datestamp and the ''oplostijd in uren'' means solution in hours.

each ticket has a priority called prioriteit, wich can be P1, P2, P3 or P4.

At this moment it shows all the solutions of the tickets in one line above the priorities, but i want it not to be in one line so its better to read. How can i do this? i got my columns on ''not summarize''. here is an example how it looks at this moment:

it it possible to have the dots line up next to eachother? so first you will see all the tickets next to eachother of 1(P1) and then it goes to 2(P2).

please let me know and thanks in advance!

Hi @TimSchaeffer - can you please try to place the fields in scatter plot chart X and Y axis with following fields and check once.Adjust the data point size and color under the "Format" pane.

In

X-Axis: Prioriteit (ensure "Do not summarize" is selected)
Y-Axis: Oplostijd in uren (ensure "Do not summarize" is selected)
Value: Ticket ID
Legend: Prioriteit (optional for color-coding)

if you want to show case the size based, please add metric field on the same.

I hope you should be able to display your tickets distinctly on the scatter chart by priority of category.
