how to format it numbers

Hello!

I'm new to power bi and I have the following question:

CLCastroEn_0-1597778576837.png

as to the graph above I can put separator points on the numbers. Example: the first bar has a value of 11982

What I want to do is make it look like: 11.982 (I don't care if it's with a "," or with a ".") I need a way to set format. Thank you very much
