how to display selected bar in tooltip

Hi, i have a graph that displays last n months data (with DATESINPERIOD) and i added a tooltip to display detail for the month where i place the mouse => It works done, but i would like to display the month selected (with the mouse) and he displays "January 2018" instead of the correct month (because the SELECTEDVALUE display the month from the slicer instead of the month where i put my mouse)

Any idea how to display on the tooltip the correct month ?
