Solved: how to create KPI measure

How to create KPI measure as shown in below picture. I found this on the sample file but i cant replicate it. Measure has traffic light symbol an has Value, Goal and Status properties

The measure symbol indicates that it is a KPI which had been created in either Power pivot or SSAS and then imported to Power bi which will show up as it looks in the picture (though not always)
