how to convert an api request to power query with freemarker syntax

In postman, I'm using following url to retreive data. Now I want to setup this in power bi, but i'm having syntax problems.

Url:  "https://mySite.com/tas/api/reservations?$top=10000&query=status=out=(rejectedRequest,cancelled),plan..."

This url works fine in postman

The date will be replaced by function that shows the date of today.

To receive this data, I have to use the api because there is no other connections(such as O-Data feed) available.

Can someone help me?
