I have created a table in Fabric DataWarehouse, the table is created via a pipeline which pulls data from SQL server. I was able to connect Power BI Desktop to the table in datawarehouse. I have alson given the Power BI developer account admin rights to the Fabric Workspace so that this account can access the Fabric DataWarehouse. But when I publish the Power BI report online using the developer ccount, I was prompted to set up a data connector in the Gateway. I have tried different authentificaiton method, Oauth 2.0, Windows, Basic, and use the developer user name and password, but all of them failed.
Can someone help pls?

No, you are talking about connecting SQL server to microsoft fabric data warehouse. That's not my issue here , I have pulled sql data into Power BI pipeline and then imported it into microsoft fabric. but I can't publish a pb report using data from Fabric Data Warehouse. it looks in Power BI, there is a virtual SQL sever generated since I'm pulling data from sql server -> pb pipeline -> Fabric data warehouse -> daily data transformation pipeline in Fabric Warehouse -> Power BI semantic data model. The issue I'm facing is I can't add the url of the virtual server to the gateway. As a turnaround, I have input the password in cloud connection.
Hi @Jeanxyz ,
It seems like you got failed when publish the report which connect to Fabric warehouse to Service and configure the gateway data source. Please check if it hit any following limitation:
