how to clear the filter automatically

I have a hierarchy say issue and issue type. so, issue   issue type A                   1 B                   2 C                   3 D                   4 so in the filter pane if i clicked to...

Based on my research, it is not supported yet currently. You can come up a new idea and add your comments there to make this feature coming sooner.

Btw, why did you want to achieve that? We can ctreate measure using ALL function to ignore filter here to work around.

    I want to achieve better user experience.

    So if I am able to see all the options of "Issue", I don't have to do an additonal step of clearing the 
    "Issue type" filter first. Currently, i'll have to do an additional click of clearing the filter to select again from the list of Issue.
