Dear All,
Base on the below table how to calculate MTTR-1 which is the value (MTTR - (NTT_CREATED_DATE - same date ntt created date@0900am only)).
Then actual MTTR is base on below condition
if A = MTTR
If B and resolved below 0900am = MTTR
If B and resolved above 0900am = MTTR-1
NTT_CREATED_DATE | RESOLVED_DATE | MTTR (hour) | MTTR-1 | Condition |
30/04/2018 03:16:42 | 30/04/2018 04:57:53 | 1.69 | x | A |
30/04/2018 03:31:54 | 30/04/2018 19:25:28 | 15.89 | x | B |
31/05/2018 01:52:03 | 31/05/2018 08:04:20 | 6.20 | x | A |
31/05/2018 02:35:17 | 31/05/2018 04:08:02 | 1.55 | x | B |
30/06/2018 00:02:42 | 30/06/2018 05:13:31 | 5.18 | x | B |
30/06/2018 05:35:55 | 30/06/2018 11:16:28 | 5.68 | x | A |
hi, @zairee
what is your expected output? could you please explain the logic of your formula?
(MTTR - (NTT_CREATED_DATE - same date ntt created date@0900am only))
Best Regards,
Lin
