how to build PTD/QTD/STD/YTD

Hi All,

Please suggest how to build formula for PTD/QTD/STD/YTD when database has period column only as mentioned below.

AP01 is December in this case

Hi,

Those periods will have to be converted into proper dates (just the first date of each month is fine).  From there, we will build a Calendar table.  Building a Calendar table is a must to effectively use the Date Intelligence functions.
