how to add comments in a table visual

Hi All

           i have report in which i have a requirement to add comments in a table .

my report structures look like above .now i want to add comments to each row of table based on the data as per my requirement.could someone please help me how to implement this in power bi desktop.

                         My source is ADB.and nce ia able to write the comments to each row of a table i want to write them back to ADB.
