how to add comments in a table visual

Hi All&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;i have report in which i have a requirement to add comments in a table .my report structures look like above .now i want to add comments to each row of table based on the data as per my requirement.could someone please help me how to implement this in power bi desktop.&nbsp;RegardsAnita
