how fast (what latency) to have near-real-live data in Power BI report via Azure SQL direct query

Hey everybody,

I know we can have a live connection from azure sql database to PBI 
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/desktop-directquery-about

but I just want to know a near-real-time reporting example.
can anyone give me for example : 10 millions of records were refreshed in 5 minutes or 50 seconds ?
