how do i make the play axis cumulative versus data for just the period?

I have a scatter chart using some plot areas and showing things that are installed in the project for a specific period of time.  I would like to show this as a cumulative chart.  so, if week 1 had 5 bubble areas (representing installed) and week 2 had 7 bubble areas, when week 2 played, week 1 would remain on the screen.  week 3, would include week 1, week 2 and week 3, ...

here's a screen shot.  As you can see, the weekending is the data that plays on the play axis.  the bubbles are coordinates for items installed.

1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
