I have a requirement where the colour of the bars in a clustered column chart should be changed based on the percentage i.e if >95% than green ,75%-94% than orange,50%-70%than yellow and less than 50% red.Please can anyone help me in achieving this

Im not able to see conditional formatting options in cloumns-colors
where can i able to see conditional formatting option. Is there a way we can changes values ex.90% can be turned to red or green based on conditions. Because im not able to conditional formatting in the values color as well.
