hierarchy filter from same table

I have a table which contains a column with the corresponding parent of each row:

I am trying to make a hierarchy filter, the expected result would be:

Food

--Breakfast

----Recipe 1

----Recipe 2

--Lunch

----Recipe 3

----Late night snack

------Recipe 4

------Recipe 5

--Dinner

But this is what I am getting:

Is there a way to obtain the expected results?
