when I put into powerbi to display it by matrix
and I don't want the blank position display in it .
What i want just like this (I make it in excel)

Understood your problem.
Unfortunetly the solution you are asking to hide the cell which are blank is not possible in power bi.
In power Bi if you try tho remove the blank from table then compelte row will get removed.
which is not good solution beacuse it contain values which can not be ingnored.

You have data against blank row. so need to fix the data first so that there wont be anyblank row.
Take your all data in table visual and check which cell is blank.
the blank you see is the actual org scenario and not all of them have the 3 layer report just like AA , AA report to Mike,Mike report to Jerry,Jerry report to Jeff. DD only have 2 layer report (DD report to Mary,Mary report to Jeff). That's the reason why blank. And what I want is to hide the blank level. Do you know is that possible?
