hide matrix table column for selected column

Hi,

 

I have table that has a column that is using the matrix table to show the values. I have created a measure that shows the YoY % but I am looking to only show in the YoY % in the columns that for this year not show the % for last year as it is the same number.

 

looking to hide the column highlighted in red.
