hide matrix headers

Hi all! I have a matrix that I need to hide some header names. I hope someone can point me in the right direction. Please see the attached image. The items in red are what I want to hide.   Thanks ...

    Hi bhughesiii,

    Based on my test, if you want to hide the matrix headers, you could only hide the whole headers, you could set the Font color same with the Background color in column headers formating.
