Hello,

 

I have an excel file to google drive

here you will find RFM segment for different scores and those scors are 3 digits according to segment like follows

    I am using RFM analysis concept to find Item promotion

     

    I have

    1) Item Promotion days that promotion ran

    2) Number of invoices customers bought on that promotion

    3) number of customer bought on that promotion

    4) number of times that the promotion code was used

    5) Quantity sold only on those promotion

     

    i want to use these 5 matrix or parameters to find out which promotion is best and which are worst gradually

    so RFM is best to do and for that i want 5 digits number for promotion segmentation

    Can't find any patterm here. It doesn't seem to be something you can solve automatically, at least based on the input you provided.

      but its a standard for RFM analysis, there you will see 3 digits but i extend to 5. and i dont know how to cater 5 digit numbers with different types of segment. 

       

      there must be a way to define it.

        Exactly, if RFM Analysis is combine value of 3 scores (recency, frequency, monetary), how you would like to expand it to 5 digit scores? Where the other two are coming from?
