thanks for your reply. But with the given PBI file when i filter with one mobile number it shows me all three record of that customer. i want want mobile with which would be Max B_point and another mobile numebr that would be his lowest b_point

thanks for your time and try man, But really that not meet my citeria.

What I need is,

1) I want to keep the Customer's Phone number which has the highest Balance Point (Remove Duplicate mobile number as per the highest Balance Point)

Expected Outcome for Highest, 

2) I want to keep the Customer's Phone number which has the lowest Balance Point (Remove Duplicate mobile number as per lowest Balance Point)

Expected Outcome for Lowest,

I have used your solution as well as another blog post user 

in following screen shot top two tables are your and bottom two are his.

 Difference is, for his one i got one customer who has three different id but same phone number and both tables shows me all data with customer name and customer ID

in your solution only the highest and lowest. not with customer name and Id and most important is 290186 is not right. 

but its ok. i will again check if i have any issue. really thank you again man for your time and effort
