Thanks for your answer, I have downloaded the attached pbi file but nothing in visual. I am not clear on what should i do. would you please help me with more info?

not used DAX, I did the data transform in PQ, open PQ and see the steps

    I am not cleared actually about how you bring table 2 and table 3 in power query eitor

     

     

    We need to work on following table

      The table data are as follows:

      Please follow these steps:
      1. Use the following DAX expression to create a column named ‘Min’ in ‘Tabelle1’

      Min = IF(CALCULATE(MIN('Tabelle1'[B_POINT]),ALLEXCEPT(Tabelle1,'Tabelle1'[C_PHONE])) = 'Tabelle1'[B_POINT],"YES","NO")

      2. Use the following DAX expression to create a table named ‘Table’

      Table = SUMMARIZE('Tabelle1',[C_PHONE],"B_POINT",MAX('Tabelle1'[B_POINT]))

      3. Use the following DAX expression to create a table named ‘Table2’

      Table 2 = FILTER('Tabelle1','Tabelle1'[Min] = "Yes")

      4. Fianl output
