help with make a difference betwen 2 values in the same column

Hello everyone

I have a question on this, I have a data as follow and I need make a difference betwen 2 values in the same column

1. my data shows as follows : I try to do is make a substraction betwen "19" and "18" (the values of 19 and 18 are in the same column in my database)

2.- I do this calculation :

3.- but when include this new calculation into my data, it shows me this error:

The field "Semana #" is number type, change the formula deleting the ".
