I am trying to answer the following question:

2. Who is the tallest person in each country?

I manged to find the heighest number but how can I show the name? Please see attached dataset link and screenshot

Also I do not know how to answer question #4

4. Who are the BMI ineligible people over the age of 40?

Is it possible to answer both these 2 questions without using DAX. Thank you very much and thank you again for giving me these question previously.
