help, how to merge 2 columns

if(isblank([Code1],[Code2],[Code1]))   i'm trying to merge 2 columns using above but it's not working in power BI but do work in excel. help

    If you're talking about a calculated column, it should work. Just fix a little syntax error.

     

    if(isblank([Code1]),[Code2],[Code1])

    Or mergring columns 

    CONCATENATE([code1],[code2])

I am trying to merge two columns, Zip and Country for Lab 2.

1. create a new column

2. using "Concanate", the formula showing says "Column = CONCANATE ()

3. when I try to click on the first line of the zip field to select the first data to concanate, it highlights the entire column, no matter how I click and the formula doesn't show until I click back on it. But each time it does not add that as the first data field.

 

I'm stuck how to combine two columns for Lab two for CountryZip
