have trouble get all rows returned

I try to calculate the number of reports under multiple time period, but it only shows the count for one time period

 

First, I select duration as a grouping by criteria, and it displayed just fine.

Second, I select the iden, which are being counted. only rows fall into January 2018 shows up. I wonder why other periods are missed.
