grouping and joining data usin full outer join

EVALUATE

I am trying to group the data by Item NO which would display the sum of Quantity (Base) as per item.

But I am not getting required output.

Item No_]   PurchReq

1000            4563

1100            4563

..

its giving same sum for all item no

Any suggestions would be welcome
