glitch with combo stacked bar chart

Hello Power BI experts:

There seems to be a glitch with line and stacked column chart.  The graphic is showing my data perfectly except for 1 value.   I thought the issue was a calculation error, but now realize the data in the table is correct, however the same measure is showing up wrong in the chart.  I have tried to highlight the the issue below- the light blue section should be $1.6 million not $1.2 million.

I also note that the annual cumulative total (above the stacked bar) is correct- $4.0 million.     

I welcome any and all suggestions on how to remedy the issue.

It seems you may add ISFILTERED Function for the Cumulative Total MAX measure.Here is the article about this function.If you need further help,please share the .pbix file for us to test. You can upload it to OneDrive and post the link here or send me via private message.
