getting information from prior years

I have a question in relation to get information from prior years example

this code is use for YTD current year

YTD Sales =

 HASONEVALUE('Calendar'[Year]),
 CALCULATE (

    'Calendar'[Year] = VALUES('Calendar'[Year])

this code is use for the prioy year

   ALL('Calendar')
 ),

   SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR('Calendar'[Date]),
   ALL('Calendar')
))

my question is I will like to get data from 2015 and 2014, is this possible in DAX or PowerBi

and if so can someone help me
