getting LYTD months smiliar as current year

Greeting lovely members , 

im Trying to calculate LYTD measure .

i tried this function : 

what i got :

as you can see in the chart  i got the whole result of last year ! but actually i want only the simialr month as this current year .

which mean i want the results of last year from january => September
