get row count

hello 

i m new starter on power bi power query.

 

I would like to count the number of batches produces (column act star (are the confirmed date of production)) during a month and the theortical number of batches supposed to be produced (colum basic star date)

      it s to calculate "schedule adherence" it s pourcentage

      Schedule adherence=what is produced (column actual start)  "divided" / what was planned to be produce(column actual start)  *100

       

      mai-17= 0%

      2 production planned none done

       

      avr-18 = 50%

      as 2 productions were planned and only one done (batch C)
