get active users on an application
Hello,
we have publish an application on PowerBI (Cloud).
Is there a simple way to get the list of users who consulted the application ?

Hello Bebs ,
If I understand your question correctly then you can use view usage metric option to check people who interacted with the report.

do you know how is managed the history ? It seems quite random for me ?
For examples :
- one of my report only have data for Summer 2022 and not after ??
- one of my report only have only data for last week (while the report is used since more than one year), maybe this is due to a desktop / reload / publish ?

When you select Usage metrics or the icon next to a dashboard or report, Power BI generates a pre-built report with usage metrics for that content for the last 90 days.
