I tried to fresh the dataset by going to 

https://api.powerbi.com/v1.0/myorg/groups/My Workspaces/datasets/My Bi/refreshes

Workspace name: My Workspaces

Dataset name: My Bi

And I am getting the following error. Any help? thanks
