fresh the dataset
I tried to fresh the dataset by going to
https://api.powerbi.com/v1.0/myorg/groups/My Workspaces/datasets/My Bi/refreshes
Workspace name: My Workspaces
Dataset name: My Bi
And I am getting the following error. Any help? thanks

You don't have authorization to view this page.
HTTP ERROR 403

Did you mean you want to refresh the dataset by URL? Based on my research, it is not supported yet currently.
