Hello,
I need some help with the formula for calculating a new column with the most recent date per department.
This is what I would like to have as my outcome:
The first and second column are included in my table, but how do I calculate the third column (the most recent date) in Power BI? Thank you.
Kind regards,
Ellen

@EVIJ ,
Most recent date =calculate(max(Table[date]), filter(allselcted(Table), table[department] = max(table[department])))
Hi @EVIJ ,
If you want a calculated column, you can do this.
Column =
CALCULATE(
MAX(Sheet2[Date]),
ALLEXCEPT( Sheet2, Sheet2[Department] )
)

Lionel Chen
