for line chart need to write condition for lines for color change

If below 80%, should be Red color

If 80% or more, should be Green

Note : the line color has to change

@yuktadiya , With Standard visual @FreemanZ  is correct. There is no other option.

You can try charticulator (But check is it still supported)

1) change the line chart to column chart

2) conditionally format the column color with a measure like:

color =
IF(
[Measure]<0.8,
"red", "green"
)

3) change the column chart back to line chart.  it looks like:
