font color conditional formatting

hi  i want to show - values in green color nd +ve values in red color what is the condition i need to use in font color conditional formatting.

    Create a measure like this and use in conditional formatting.
    Measure = IF(MAXX(Sheet1,Sheet1[percent])<0,"#73B761","#de6a73")
