I have the same issue and it's driving me nuts. I have 2 reports. One where I have a simple chart based on a measure, and a visual filter (a calculated measure) that works perfectly. I have a second report nearly identical but with a different simple chart (of the same type). The visual filter is the same exact calculated measure. On the second report, the apply filter is disabled, and I can't get it to apply? What is up with this Microsoft???
