filter my dashboard according to the team I choose in the segment

Hello,

I have a problem in power bi desktop, i have a dashborad which contain 3 columns, 2 of them are the same with a diffrent target depending in what i chosse like "team" in the segment, i explain :

First column calculate the ratio/day with goal > 1,2 for esthetic

Second column calculate the ratio/day with goal >1 for medical

i have a segment with the diffrent teams medical and esthetic.

I want that when I filter on a medical team in my segment, in the table, I will have the ratio column for medical and hide the ratio column for aesthetic and when i filter on a esthetic team in my segment, hide the column ratio for medical

can somone help me please ? or if you have another better idea
