filter dimension with other dimension in Multi dimension Cube

When I am using the multidimensional cube in power bi to direct query.
I am using Star Schema in Data Warehouse
when I use two different dimensions as a filter for eg. 1) DimGeography (Country) and 2)  DimItem (ItemName)
every Item name is different every country.
So when I filter country lets say 'US' in the First filter than in the Second filter I am getting the all Item Name for all country.
But the Fact is getting filtered its is showing Sales on basis of 'US' with all the US  Item Name.

So when will give country wise permission to respective business users to view reports they will be seeing other countries Item name as well in the DimItem filter, so that won't make sense.

How can filter ItemName when filter Country name.

@rgirotra,

When you put the two dimensions into seperate filters, filtering one dimension will not affect the other dimension, this behavior is by design.

Only when you put the two dimensions in same visual, the relationship between them can be established, and one dimension can filter another dimension properly. There is a similar thread for your reference.
