filled maps zips not appearing

I am using the Filled Map Visual to map out the zip codes covered by my Memphis, TN branch.

Zip codes 38028, 38036, 38611, 38637, and 38672 are not appearing on the visual even though they are in my data.

Or to be more specific, the zips appear, but are not shading in the entirety of the zip, so my map looks like there is a hole in it's coverage area. When I map the same list in Microsoft MapPoint, I do not have these holes.

Why are the zips not filling in all the way?

I can't reproduce your issue. I created a hierarchy like "City->Zip Code" and drag it into filled map, when I drill down to Zip Code level, those corresponding area can be displayed on the filled map properly. And there's no blanks on City level.

Try using the zips I mentioned originally.

This problem does not occur with all zip codes. I've only noticed it a few times, where the area of a zip isn't fully color filled in.

The initial zips that weren't working were Zip codes 38028, 38036, 38611, 38637, and 38672 in CA- USA.

Even comparing the zip areas to other websites, it also backs this up, where they are not being filled in completely.

This could be a problem with Bing Maps, where BI gets the maps from, but wasn't sure.

Thank you for looking into this.
