is it feasible to create report in power bi based data from more than one flat files as source , flat files will be coming from different applications in excel or csv format mostly , is there any limtation in power bi for integrating data from multiple flat files?

Yes, that's exactly what Power Query (part of PBI and Excel) is built for - getting data from various, multiple sources.
PQ has lots of built-in 'connectors' that are designed to get data from specific data sources - like Excel workboosk or CSV files.
