export to excel never completes.

I try to export from app.powerbi to excel and it never completes… I waited for at least 20’ and is still loading, how can I troubleshoot this?   Perhaps, can I put a filter to whatever I am do...

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    First question - nearly how many rows are you trying to export? There is a limitation on number of rows to be exported to excel from Power BI.

    Second - You can add a filter to your dashboard before hitting export data.

    Third - If the issue still exists try logging out and login again to export data from power BI service.

Good afternoon!

By any chance, did you get options for downloading data if you exceed the limit of rows in Excel files?

Try it at . CSV but also has max row limitations.

If you can give me options, that would be great! Thank you.
