export to PDF

I have a PowerBI that has a pie chart and multiple pages of data.

using the export feature, it is opnly sending 3 pages to PDF no matter how much data is available

we need a PDF of all teh data - excel extract will work but not what we need

@ebrodie PDF is just what you see on the page, if the grid has more records and is not visible there is no way to export the full details of the table visual. You need to create paginated reports and then that will get the job done. This export is not the right solution for what you are looking for. Thanks!

i want to export a multi page PDF with the pie chart in the header (not a requirement) and the entire data grid in t\he body.  there are about 1,000 records of data.  but what is happening is that only the first 3 pages are printing in the pdf and then it stops.  so we are only getting the first few records of data

 

i saw another post where only 3 pages are printing and it was suggested to send to powerpoint. that works, all the data is displayed in a powerpoint page with a scrollbar to see all data...strange

 

they want a pdf that can be reviewed

@ebrodie are you trying to export the report or data? It is not sure what you are trying to achieve. What you are showing, will export the report pages, not the data.
