export to PDF/Powerpoint in Pre defined Template

I want to export a report in Powerpoint/PDF, but in a particular format . So I was wondering if there is a chance we could use a template and while downloading the report it should use the template. Is this something we could do in Power BI desktop?

Hi @aritraacharya,

Based on my research, I am afraid you could not achieve this feature currently, I suggest you submit an idea in ideas forum:

@v-danhe-msft thanks for the details. BUt what I am looking for is for example I want to upload a particular format of pdf/PPT in the server, which some logos and other details(They are not present in the report). But when I download the report it should be able to use the pdf/ppt format from the directory and export the report in that format. not the default format.

Hi,

If by template you mean PowerPoint template, PowerBI Tiles Pro is probably what you're looking for. It allows you to update your Power BI reports inside PowerPoint by just clicking it and hitting refresh. It's a good solution if you need to update presentations regularly.
