excel import

Hi everyone,

I'm new to Power BI desktop and have problems with importing excel files.

It has nothing to do with the size of the file or the format because I've created a test file with only 3 columns and 4 rows.

I'm selecting the excel file and Power BI also identify the work sheets with data. But everytime I'm trying to import the file, I get an error message. Unfortunately the screenshot is in German so I guess it won't be very helpful. But translated it says the following:

Error while saving changes on the server. Returned error: "the provider 'Microsoft.PowerBI.OleDb' is not registered. System error: class not registered. A connection to the data source named "91a1692b-dbae-4dd4-93a6-e807efe55b61" could not be established.

Does someone know this issue? What can I do?
